Frequently asked questions about our rentals.
How long do I get rentals for?
Generally up to 48 hours. For private property deliveries, sometimes longer.
How does delivery work?
We deliver, setup all furniture and props in place according to your diagram, return to teardown all furniture and props and pick up. We will confirm a three-hour delivery window with you two to four weeks prior to your delivery. Usually, we confirm the day of your delivery when you place your reservation.
Do rental prices include delivery?
Rental prices are the cost to rent the item for the 48-hour period. We’ll need to know the city and/or venue to provide you with a delivery quote. We’ll also need to know if your venue needs same day delivery or a night pick up. And lastly, we’ll need to know some details around parking, accessibility to set up locations, and if there are any challenges like hills or steps to maneuver.
Where do you deliver to?
Most of Western Washington, sometimes beyond but this is based on time of year. Our main delivery areas are the Kitsap Peninsula, the Olympic Peninsula, Bainbridge Island, south to Olympia and Chehalis, and over to Auburn, Enumclaw, Buckley, Graham, and even to Ashford/Mt Rainier.
Can we pick up our rentals?
We do allow pick up of some items – dishware and décor mostly. Since our furniture and props require assembly and some of them must be set up in the place they will remain, we deliver and setup those items for you.
Can you help me decide how to set it all up and what I need?
Yes! We would love to help you with your setup and diagram options. We offer on-site consultations in some areas.
Do you sell your tables?
Yes! We custom build our Rustic Farm Tables. We take orders and build these over the winter months. See here for more info.
Do you offer any discounts or packages?
Yes! Please see our Package Offers. They’re slightly more geared towards Backyard Weddings but can certainly be used for other types of events and at venues. We also offer an annual discount/create a package for you.
Can I see your rentals in person?
Yes! We would love to see you in person. Our warehouse is located in Port Orchard. We show by appointment on Wednesdays and Sundays.
What if my guest count changes?
We always allow you to reduce your rentals by 20% until 30 days before your delivery.
